If the Individual requests disclosure, notification of purpose of use, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information, SFM will respond after confirming that the request is from the Individual themselves.
Please note that the above procedures do not apply to data that SFM is legally obligated to retain for management, legal, or security purposes.
