  8. “Recommended Time” is approximately 10 seconds, but may vary depending on the usage environment.
  9. “Measurement Information” refers to the HbA1c value measured using the Recommended Usage Method. For measurements between 4.95 and 6.54, the value is rounded to one decimal place and displayed within the range of 4.9–6.5. Values of 6.55 or higher are displayed as “6.5 over,” and values of 4.94 or lower as “4.9 under.” Pulse rate and oxygen saturation are displayed concurrently for reference.
  10. “Recommended Environment” includes, but is not limited to, a Wi-Fi connection, sufficient space to hold the Device in front of the face, a location that is not crowded, and adequate lighting. Use in vehicles or trains is not recommended for safety and stability reasons. Article 3 (Service Description)

The App (Product Name: “FLD HbA1c”) is a proprietary health management application developed by the Company using advanced engineering analysis technology cultivated through years of fundamental research.
The App uses the Device’s camera and processing functions to analyze light reflected from human skin using a proprietary algorithm, and displays the HbA1c measurement information on the Device screen within the Recommended Time.
The Measurement Information is not provided as Medical-Related Information.
If Users experience any physical or mental discomfort while using the Service, they should consult a medical institution.
Users must follow the Recommended Usage Method when using the Service.
Measurement Information disappears from the screen after a few seconds and is not stored on the Device.
The Service does not require needles, blood collection, sensor-equipped devices, or exposure to special light or sound.
The App also downloads reference measurement programs for pulse rate and oxygen saturation, which are displayed alongside HbA1c results.
The App processes all information locally without external transmission, reducing the risk of security incidents, conserving resources, and minimizing Device load.
The App has no age restriction, but is recommended for Users aged 18 or older.
