Chapter 1 – About the SFM App Store

Article 1 (Use of the SFM App Store)
Users may browse, search, display, or download Content on their own mobile content devices or other supported devices (hereinafter “Devices”) through the SFM App Store. To use the SFM App Store, a Device meeting the system and compatibility requirements of the relevant Content, a valid Internet connection, and compatible software are required.
Available Content and features may vary by country, and not all Content or features will be available in the user’s country. Some Content is provided by the Company, while other Content is provided by third parties unrelated to the Company. For Content provided by a party other than the Company, the Company shall not be responsible for, nor provide any warranties for, such Content even if obtained through the SFM App Store.

Article 2 (Age Restrictions)
Some applications may have age restrictions for downloading. Certain applications may have recommended age ranges even if they are not strictly restricted; the Company does not guarantee quality of use outside the recommended range.

Article 3 (Third-Party Usage Fees)
Any access or data fees charged by third parties (e.g., Internet providers, mobile carriers) in connection with the use or display of the SFM App Store shall be borne by the user.

Updates (including bug fixes, feature enhancements, add-on plugins, and new versions) may be necessary for the SFM App Store, related support, libraries, or Content. Such updates may be required to use the SFM App Store, or to access, download, or use Content. By agreeing to these Terms and using the SFM App Store, users consent to automatically receive such updates.
While certain Content updates may be managed in the SFM App Store settings, updates that address significant security vulnerabilities or critical operational issues, or that prevent unauthorized use, may be applied regardless of settings. If Content originally downloaded from the SFM App Store is updated via another store, warnings may be displayed or the update may be blocked entirely.

Article 5 (User Information)
The Company’s handling of users’ personal data and privacy protection when using the SFM App Store is described in the Company’s Privacy Policy. The Company may provide personal information (e.g., name, email address) to content providers to process transactions or provide Content. Article 8 (Changes to the Terms of Use)
If the Terms of Use are changed, users shall be notified at least 30 days prior to the effective date.
